These cakes are just amazing!!! The recipe somehow accidentally he was born, saw the idea in an American blog, but then floated improvisation. This summer dessert extravaganza the best flavors! Who doesn't love strawberries and cream? And the top crispy layer of stresses with nuts... very soft! Summer will be a frequent guest in the fridge :))

Cooking
Preheat the oven. Cookies grind into crumbs. Nuts grind ( but not too finely). Melt the butter. Add biscuits, nuts and flour. Grind into crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes.
Whip the cream to peaks. Enter the cream cheese, sugar and again vzbit.
Add the strawberries, stir gently.
To distribute in the form of a 20x20 part of strazeele, then put all the stuffing and sprinkle with remaining layer of crumbs. In the freezer for 3 hours. I got it 4 hours, and then move to the fridge because when it's a little soft - delicious:)
Used brown sugar to make the strawberry caramel notes.
