Cooking
Prepare the dough for meringue 1. Peanuts grind in a food processor (I used a coffee grinder)
2. Fry chopped nuts in a dry frying pan until Golden brown (they cook pretty quickly so you need to stir) and put in a plate to cool.
3. Separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks put in a bowl, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator. 4. Whisk the whites to a solid, white foam (so that the spoon did not flow down) 5. Continue whisking and add a little bit of powder 6. With a spoon, add the sifted flour and roasted nuts, stir until smooth.
Bake cake 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees 2. On baking paper draw three circles of 26 cm in diameter, subject to change in case additional see 2 Circles you can cut, but I leave 3. Next, lay out the Tesla at the target circle and align the knife 4. Oven temperature reduce to 110 degrees and put one cookie in the oven for an hour, the same thing repeat with two remaining. 5. All three layers after baking leave in turned-off oven overnight.
Prepare cream 1. The next morning spread the oil so that it becomes soft 2. In a pot pour water and add the sugar, cook the syrup (I cooked it until the sugar has melted) 3. From the refrigerator, take out the yolks, start beating them and beyond a small stream add the hot syrup
4. Next, gradually add the soft butter and sifted cocoa powder, continue whisking 5. Gradually add the condensed milk 6. Give the cream to cool
Prepare chocolate icing for decorating 1. In a water bath heat the cream and melt the chocolate. The mass turns thick but have a good flow. 2. Leave to cool.
Decorate the cake 1. Cookies grind into crumbs, add to them 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts (walnuts remainder will go to the top of the cake or leave yourself to chew :D ) 2. Take one cake layer and coat with ~1/3 of the cream, the same with the second and third cookie monster, also coat the edges of the cake (you can still leave a little for decoration) 3. On top pour the chocolate icing and flatten with a knife, don't forget about the edge. 4. Carefully take the cake to the right (or left) hand and left (or right) hand, sprinkle evenly the crushed cookies. ( For more details look here 1.23 min https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=T7JxStmB NuQ )Can also be sprinkled on top, but this is to taste, you can also decorate with rosettes of remaining cream.
5. The cake, leave to soak preferably for 2-3 days P. S. Girls the recipe is not simple, but believe me it's worth it! Bon appetit! https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=93-hEpBQ dFQ
