A delicious and quick salad turns out for this recipe. Recommend it be served in tartlets and decorate with sun-dried tomatoes. Very tasty.

Cooking
Mushrooms medium-sized slice.
Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Fillet baked in a sheet pan for baking from MAGGIE. Cut into small dice.
Mix the mushrooms and fillets.
Eggs finely chop.
Add eggs and mayonnaise to the fillet with mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Put the salad in tartlets and decorate with sun-dried tomatoes.
