Pie with cabbage, egg and cheese
Homemade cakes are always welcome in every home. Offer to cook with me a delicious pie with fresh cabbage, egg and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Yolk egg

In warm milk add the butter (50 gr.), add the vegetable oil (1 tbsp), add sugar (1,5 tablespoons). Stir the mixture.

Add the yeast (7 gr.)

Of the total amount of flour take 1 tablespoon and add to the milk mixture. Leave the mixture for 15-20 min to dissolve yeast.

After a certain time on the surface of the formed cap of fine bubbles. The dough is ready.

Add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, add salt (1 teaspoon). Knead the dough. The dough cover with cling film or towel and put in warm place to rise.
