Delicious, light puff pie with meat and vegetable filling.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Pineapple

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sweet pepper

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Spices

To make a cake we need to cook chicken until done. And cut into cubes.

Roll out the dough. Quite a bit. Put the dough on the chicken, closer to the edge.

Cut white salad onion half-rings. If large onion, cut rings in half. Put on meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Open the jar of pineapples, cut into slices. Put on top of the filling.

Add a little mayonnaise to taste.

Put peppers. If not fresh, frozen will fit. And greens.

Wrap the stuffing in dough.

Whisk one egg.

A baking sheet covered with flour, spread it on the cake. And lubricates the surface of the egg roll.

Three cheese and thick pour it over the cake. To improve the taste you can add cheese and toppings. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit!
