Yeast pumpkin pie with raisins
Fairly simple, slightly spicy, aromatic and autumnal pie. Add grated pumpkin adds moisture, cinnamon – flavor, and raisins – just a cheerful mood! The recipe is from the Polish book "Ziolowe Krolestwo" ("Kingdom of herbs")

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Raisins

  • Salt

  • Corn starch

    20 g

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add the measured amount of 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp sugar and leave for 10 minutes. To blindasabat sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla. Pumpkin RUB on a grater. The color of the pie is determined by the variety of pumpkin than it is orange, the brighter the color of the finished pie.

Sift the flour with starch, salt, cinnamon, add dry ingredients in parts to the egg mixture, knead 5 minutes, adding the raisins and pumpkin. Place the dough into the pan and leave to ferment.

When the dough will increase in 2 times, bake in preheated to 160 C oven for about 50 minutes, but the willingness to check the stick. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

PS. I'm all manipulations were done by using HP. Cycle – dough. Because they took the form bigger, the pie turned out low, so I cut it in half crosswise and smeared with jam from persimmons and put layers on top of each other.
