Under this name I saw this recipe on the website of Eugenia Kurlenya. The author writes:"Another recipe from the yellowed notebooks... I really don't know who were these women who so generously shared your recipes with my mom and grandma, but that is not a recipe, just a masterpiece!" After such words from a very respected me cook, I just had to cook pastries from this dough. The dough is really unique, I strongly advise to verify this personally. You will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

From a glass of milk and oat flakes boil thick porridge, cool it down to lukewarm.

In the remaining warm milk bred yeast, when they "sparkle" pour them on cereal, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and put in a warm place to rise. I made muffins with raisins (get 10 pieces) and two rolls of braided hair. For "braids" I used a filling: Apple puree I mixed it with crushed walnuts. Although, the filling can be absolutely any.
