Salmon in a creamy sauce with poppy seeds
The prototype of this fish was the dish that I ate in the restaurant. I found it interesting the presence of the poppy, which we used to see in confectionery, and today I decided to experiment and cook the salmon. I can say that the experiment has succeeded 100 %! Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Mac

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Meanwhile, make the sauce. To do this, cut onion into medium-sized pieces and put into a deep pan with hot oil, tormented. The onion must not fry and become transparent.

Mushrooms cut into cubes and add to onion.

When the mushrooms are half cooked, pour the cream into the pan and tormented for our mixture on low heat.

The cream should evaporate and thicken. Our future a little salt sauce.

Grind in a blender until smooth. The density of the sauce should be like thick sour cream. If too thick, you can dilute a little cream. Add poppy. Now leave aside the sauce and fish are (most importantly to not eat the sauce ahead of time)))

Steaks cut from the ridge, possibly take out bones, leaving the skin. Bend the skin inside the steak, a little salt and a little pepper.

Lay the fish on pieces of foil (the foil to drip a little oil so the salmon does not stick) and pour the sauce on top. Do not tightly close the top with foil and send in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on oven.
