Cooking
They clean off the scales, cut off the fins and tail, wash, dry,
pour lemon juice, fill with herbs (rosemary and thyme), salt and pepper to taste. Daubed with oil on both sides and wrap it in foil, tightly closing up the edges. Put on the grill and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side (I have bilateral the grill, so the fish is not turned over, just bake them 7 minutes).
Served in foil with fresh salad and potatoes "in uniform". Well suited to fish a light dry white wine. Thanks to the foil, and stored the juice (and the grill do not need to wash)...
