I wanted something well, very spicy and nutritious. Decided to go to the eternal dish of "pasta". It turned out wonderful and delicious!

Cooking
First fry the finely chopped onion with grated on a coarse grater carrots, add to the pan chopped not very finely the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes on low heat. Salt, pepper and spread the stuffing (uncooked), mix everything. Pour into the pan with sunflower oil and heat well. In a hot pan add the red pepper, a few seconds not add the finely chopped garlic, black pepper.
After half a minute add the sugar, after a few seconds add the minced vegetables. Fry 10 minutes, add the tomato sauce, put the fire on low and simmer. In cooking add a bit of chopped greens.
Put on fire a saucepan with water, add salt, a little sunflower oil. When the water boils, insert a "bunch" in the middle of the pan spaghetti, as they soften, put them into the water. On low heat cook for 7-8 minutes until tender.
Wash spaghetti. In the microwave (or water bath) melt the butter. Washed spaghetti put in a cupcake form, fill with butter. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
On a large plate turn form of spaghetti, in the deepening put the stuffing, sprinkle over chopped herbs. The dish is spicy but very tasty. And the desire to "peppercorns" in a while "killing". Well, that's all... Bon Appetit!!!
