Yeast bred in part of slightly warmed milk (water) with a spoon of flour, wait for the volume of the mixture will be doubled. Mix the rest of milk (water) with flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vegetable oil, raisins, Apple, sliced, and prepared yeast. Knead the dough until it become soft and shiny.
We spread our dough into shape and let it double.
Bake in a preheated to 180*C oven for about 50 minutes.
Finished cakes leave to cool. Recoverable our bread. Here such it turned out!
