step-0
(And I immediately remembered the case of life about a real joke! ANYONE INTERESTED, SKIP! You can skip to the recipe... And it was so: it happened in the days of my youth, we lived in the "great and powerful" country. Were respectable people: the husband - the Soviet lawyer and I - Soviet the teacher. And then privalivaet us happiness (here it is - luck and vezuha!) husband offer for the whole of September! for the whole family! a ticket to the sea! in the rest house, which was organized on the basis of pioneer camp. The case is clear - happiness is no limit. Doch 9.09 turns has 2 years old, it was such a child, there is a good story to tell, but I will not! don't be afraid! Go, come, relax, all is good - just "a day in may and the Las Meninas of the heart." After a day on the sea, the evening trips to screenings of new Soviet films, and the time between was spent with trips to market or in a kiosk in that holiday home. And one day, bring the wine - what? And 2 was - (Gee!) red and white! Stand in a small queue in "Soviet" time in the queue for the merchandise stand, znachitstsa, UDOVOLSTVIE not fuck... just like that! And the crowd is so quietly discusses the choice, they say, great, what kind of wine to take... And my husband about the Gutara. Ours is a bit aside from the stage, but close to the action. It must be noted - people mainly from one enterprise - the infamous KMK (that is the Krivoy Rog Metallurgical Combine), and although this is a very big company, people still each other little by little he knows. Znachitstsa know what we are decent people: the husband is watching the observance and fulfillment of Soviet laws, and I bring up children in the spirit of "moral character" future builders of communism. And then at this crucial moment, when everything for a moment was silenced, heavily burdened thoughts: red?-white?, our child loudly and clearly said: "I love THIS wine!". All heads automatically turn to us... We blush, to run away - so even more disgraced... Flattered by the attention and the effect produced wee again loudly repeats the phrase that kioskersha looked out from his cavern and was deeply moved with the knowledge of our crumbs in wine? (can't say that it was the wine, rather some Braga - Oh well...), let us queue. Here is the question: whether it was necessary to savestates from damage our image or to enjoy the small privileges??? Probably, rejoice...)
step-1
All, now to the recipe, with gags. Zucchini - if they are young - only wash, and the old and saprisa be subject to more thorough treatment: they need to be peeled and remove the seeds. Grate the zucchini finely and leave in a colander, over time, overcome. When I pressed, I was less than 500 g, but I did not add. The flour and baking powder and mix in a bowl. There are nuts and coconut (if coconut not, take 150 grams of nuts; I had a reverse situation - is not enough and I added coconut), grated zucchini and finely chopped Basil leaves (amount depends on their size). Mix well.
step-2
In another bowl, whisk in the lush foam balls with powdered sugar (the recipe had 250g of powder, but I thought it was so very overly - ass will stick together, I took 200 g), adding gradually, as powder and vanilla, cinnamon and salt. So, the mixture should be fluffy and airy.
step-3
The dough entered the stretch. butter (I also reduced the number instead of 250 ml took only 200 ml), slowly introduce the egg mixture, first stir vigorously (about 1/3 weight), and then lightly top-down with the confectionery of a spatula introduce the remaining egg mixture.
step-4
Pre-heat the oven to 180°. The form (it is square, I size 36х24 cm) thin lubricated Rast. oil and bottom cover paper. Gently pour the dough, level and bake until tender. It's very beautiful "romanitsa", so be sure to do a test "dry sticks". I cooled the cake on a pillow (pre-made paper and polotenechko), turning it up the booty and taking off the paper - so it will never settle and won't wrinkle. Cut in half - Yes, measured with a ruler! Apricot jam (can be more, but it is better sour) heated and spread on cake, put on each other lubricated by the parties
step-5
After that daubed it jam from all sides (it took me more jam 400 g).
step-6
step-7
Prepare for pie "velvet robe": the marzipan cut into pieces and sprinkle cocoa or chocolate powder. Mesim - this is best done on a silicone Mat! Cover with cling film and roll out thinner form you do not have to worry! Then, take the pieces of marzipan robe - it is very important to take, as it will, and big and little pieces! and put them on top of the cake in the form of wrinkles, adjusting only the edge. Ready!
step-8
step-9
step-10
Gentle - soft, fragrant, nut-tabactivity, marzipan-neobichniy... Oh, sorry for the jokes!
step-11
Without the coat, it is, of course, not... just kidding! You can make a chocolate glaze - but, alas! it is a different taste!
