Very delicious cabbage! Usually served as a side dish to baked or grilled meat.

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Dry red wine

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Brisket

    50 g

  • Spices

Marinate sliced cabbage and apples in a wine and vinegar for 2 hours (salt and pepper).

Add the cabbage and simmer 30 minutes on low heat with lid on, stirring occasionally.
