Cupcake poppy
For fans of poppy cakes, source Saechka"cupcake"Easter nest" from the Faith, c minor changes.

Ingredients

  • Dry yeast

    10 g

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Sea sand

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Candied

Add sugar and half the flour. Stir, cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.

Add the remaining flour, sour cream, knead the dough, leave for 1 hour

Mack wash (Mac-I cooked) and stir into the dough

Recipe: shape dough into 2 of the harness, twisting and form a nest. Lay on a parchment lightly sprinkled with flour and leave to rise. My dough turned out watery, because twisting on the table poured another half a Cup of flour (more.. would a dry cupcake), so I put the batter in the pan as a regular cake. Sprinkled with candied fruits.

Top coat whipped with a fork egg. Bake at 180*C until ready. Thinking out loud: Cake (for me) quite savory, the dough you can put raisins, candied fruits and so after tasting the melted chocolate in a thin stream adorned the top of the cupcake.
