In fasting the body especially needs vitamins and protein, so I decided to diversify this simple salad three kinds of nuts.

Cooking
Nuts to wash and fry.
Not very finely chopped nuts.
Fresh carrots cleaned and RUB on a small (!) grater.
Boiled beets, peel and grate on a coarse (!) grater.
Mix beets, carrots and nuts. To fill with vegetable oil, vinegar and salt.
