Summer salad
Fat is cooked instantly of available summer vegetables with mozzarella. The spicy dressing with the addition of chili pepper and oregano. Flavorful, quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Oregano

    0.25 tsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

Cooking

Cucumber wash, dry and cut into thin slices.

Radish wash and cut into thin slices.

Green onions wash, dry and finely chop.

Lettuce wash, dry and lay out on a dish.

On salad leaves lay out the radish, cucumber and green onions. Mozzarella cut into slices and spread on the vegetables.

Prepare the filling - to combine olive oil, Kikkoman soy sauce, add a pinch of chili pepper and oregano. Beat.
