Winter cupcake
This delicious cupcake I have been associated with the celebration of the Catholic Christmas, when Housewives bake Christmas cookies in the air the smell of vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate. And although our winter this year will not begin, after all the holiday atmosphere is already felt. Offer to bake for tea with this wonderful cupcake that will brighten a cold December day and help you tune in to the approaching new year and Christmas holidays!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Coconut shavings

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    280 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Walnuts

    2 handful

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

Raisins pre-wash, pour boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain the water, cover the raisins with rum and let it infuse for at least half an hour.

Flour mixed with baking powder and sugar, add soft butter, mix into crumbs.

Add eggs, stir.

Add coconut, chopped nuts (not too finely) and raisins. Add the milk and knead the dough. Depending on the grinding chips the dough can be gustavito, in this case, you need to add a little milk.

Pour the batter into cake pan, greased and sprinkled with flour or ground white crackers. Silicone molds do not need to lubricate, but only to sprinkle it with water.

Bake cupcake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden skewer if the dough adheres to it the baking time to increase. The finished cake to cool in the form, then remove from the mold.
