Mango jelly with rice
Unusual dessert that will appeal to all without exception.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    150 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    2 piece

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

Take mango. Remove the rind and bone.

Cut the mango small cubes.

From oranges to squeeze the juice.

Pieces of mango mixed with orange juice.

Dissolve 15g of gelatine in cold water, leave for 30 minutes. Then put in a water bath, continuously stirring, to dissolve the gelatin.

In gelatin pour the mixture of mango and orange juice. Pour into glasses and put into fridge for solidification.

Milk bring to a boil in a small saucepan and boil the rice until tender. On a fine grater grate the zest of one lime. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Boiled rice mixed with lime zest and freshly squeezed juice. Add sugar. Dissolve in cold water to remaining gelatin, let stand for 30 minutes, dissolve in a water bath and add the mixture of rice and lime juice, with zest.

Whip the cream and add to rice mixture. Mix well.

Spread the"rice cream" to the surface of a frozen mango - orange jelly and cool again. On request dessert, you can decorate whipped cream. The dessert is ready. Help yourself!
