Cannelloni
My love for experimentation drove me to buy some obscure pasta-tubes of cannelloni with the inscription on the package. On the box it looked attractive)))Here's what happened... don't worry, it was delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cannelloni

    1 pack

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    5 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Onion and garlic chop cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

Boil cannelloni.To do this, to throw them into boiling salted water. And leave for two minutes.

In forcemeat add the egg and knead.

Cannelloni drain in a colander and allow to cool.

Zazharku add two tbsp tomato paste and the mince. Fry until cooked,then season with salt and add the seasoning. Cool.

To make the sauce. For this tomato pasta mixed with mayonnaise,salt,add seasoning and milk to dilute the mixture.

Chilled cannelloni to stuff. In the dish for baking pour half of the sauce,lay the cannelloni and pour the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle sausage and cheese rubbed on a coarse grater.Bake 20 min at 180C.
