Buckwheat meat under the fur
Very tasty! It seems simple, but filling with melted cheese add a special delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The processed cheese

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Pork cut into pieces

Onions chop and fry

To fried onion add meat pieces and fry until cooked

Buckwheat boiled and spread in a single layer in a baking dish

Beat egg, add mayonnaise (I think low fat sour cream would be better, but I didn't have it), tomato sauce and melted cheese. All mix thoroughly, add salt, add spices as desired (my favorite pepper).

Buckwheat spread the cooked meat and pour mixture of eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Bake 10 min. I think this dish would do well in pots to cook, will taste better. But you can in the microwave.
