Let's get started! So, 2 options kneading the dough: the first (my case) with the help of a bread machine and second handles. Option 1. In the bread machine down put, put the ingredients in the sequence recommended by the manufacturer, and forget for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Option 2. Put the sourdough: to do this, mix 250 g flour, 13 g of yeast (not dry!), 175 ml of milk and 1 egg. Give vibralite about 4 hours at a temperature of 30*C. Then add 250 g of flour 12 g of yeast, salt, sugar, oil and vanilla. Knead well and leave, again at a temperature of 30*C for an hour and a half. Normally our apartments are about 20*C, so to achieve 30* you can put the dough on the battery or in a heated oven.

The dough is ready, knead it again to get rid of bubbles, and divide into 12 future rolls. I do so: divide dough in half (got 2 pieces), each piece still in half (got a 4 piece) and 4 of these divide each into 3 parts - total 12 pieces-zagotovok.
