Soft honey gingerbread
Simple cooking delicious pastries for everyday tea drinking. But, if you put a little imagination - can easily be transformed into a birthday cake.

Ingredients

  • Honey

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    0.5 pack

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    1 cup

Cooking

Honey and sugar heated on low heat to dissolve the sugar. Add all the spices and margarine, cut into small pieces. Heat to melt margarine but do not boil. If too hot, slightly cool.

Add the yogurt (the more sour it is the better), egg yolks. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass, add flour, soda (not slaked) and knead until smooth, set aside temporarily.

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam, gently mix to the dough. The dough should be not too thick, like for pancakes.

Pour onto the sheet, well greased or lined with baking paper (also greased). Bake at t 200 degrees. With approximately 25-30 min.

Allow to cool, cut into 2 pieces and fluff scarce any tart jam or marmalade. Best suited mashed with sugar or currants sea buckthorn, and not boiled. You can eat immediately, but better let stand several hours.
