Curd jelly with walnuts
Mini-dessert in the form of rose)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    0.5 pack

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

First we need to soak gelatin in water and leave to swell. Cheese mash and add melted butter for flavor instead of sour cream.

Next add the sugar and stir.

Gelatin needs to dissolve on a slow fire, in no case do not boil, the mixture should be warm.

Gelatin is added to the curd and stir.

As for the jelly I took the silicone form with rosettes. In order to easily remove a jelly from the mold, I used plastic wrap.

The form can be filled in on half, spread a layer of walnuts and cover again with the cheese mixture.
