Description
Buckwheat with almost the same name produces one of the famous Russian manufacturer. I used it often bought, and the taste of her I really liked. And now, the buckwheat for me was something of a delicacy because in the first shop it's not for sale, and go for it in Russian I'm too lazy :) Ponostalgirovat a little bit, I decided to "playback anywhere and a STI" is the buckwheat alone, using only their memories of her. I can say that it turned out 100 times better, and besides without any preservatives! It can be used as a side dish, and you can eat and just like that ;) If you are interested - you are welcome, go for the recipe! :)

Cooking
Here is the entire list of products clearly. There is greenery because it had frozen. In principle, it is possible and not to add, but, in my opinion, a little will not hurt. As seen in the photo, carrots, onions and mushrooms are prepared. With mushrooms I usually just skins removed (or whatever it's called) and just doesn't soap.
Carrots and onions cut into small cubes.
Slice the mushrooms and arbitrarily, again, I cut smaller.
And tomatoes there too :) Also cubes, not such and small.
Now take a deep pan (+a little vegetable oil and butter) and fry in it the carrots and onions 3 minutes on high heat.
Add the mushrooms and simmer 2 minutes (the fire can be a little reduce). I had mushrooms, but I think with other fragrant mushrooms (like white) will be no worse (and maybe even better!).
Add tomatoes and simmer, too, about 2 minutes.
Final step: add washed buckwheat, mashed tomatoes, water, parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, mix everything. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat (I cooked on the C grade, the maximum I have 9) and cook/simmer for about 20 minutes. Because the plates are different, the offer is still glancing over the mess. NOTE: instead of water you can also add chicken or vegetable broth - very tasty! Water I have only slightly closed the buckwheat (the diameter of my Skovorodino - 24cm), this information just in case. And yet, I cereal once not weighed it, but did so after the preparation, one glass was a little more than 200 grams. Therefore, only the recipe used roughly 330 gr. If you see that there's almost no water, and buckwheat raw, you can add a little more water.
After cooking to give the porridge to stand for 10-15 minutes (the lid is not open!). It turns out here's a wonderful porridge ;) I use it as a garnish, and eat just like that - she's very very delicious and flavorful!
By the way, this buckwheat I was prepared for "Swedish meatballs" ;)
