Layered dessert
Very yummy dessert.. the Combination of sweet sponge cake, delicate sour jelly and sour berries in jelly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

  • Flour

    0.6 cup

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Black currants

    150 g

  • Red currants

    150 g

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

Whisk eggs with sugar. Then gradually add flour, work the dough ... It's not very thick.. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200*C.. Get the cake and allow it to cool, in order to do the 2nd layer we need a cool cake.

Then whisk the sour cream with sugar and vanilla dissolve Gelatin.. as written on the package, and add to the sour cream. Pour on top of biscuit. And put in the fridge for 1 -1.5 hours.. If you want hurry, place in freezer..

As froze the 2nd layer, add the berries.. Take peach jelly, dissolve, as it is written on the package, and pour the berry layer... And put again in the fridge for 1 hour or more until fully cured..

Get the dessert out of the fridge.. Cut into portions and you can eat.. Bon appetit.
