Back in the garden just loved this dish, but called it "zapikanka" :) Over time, only the name has changed :):) And I love it still.

Cooking
First, prepare everything you need: 1. Peel and boil the potatoes. 2. Take the minced meat, add some onions (optional, I RUB it on a grater, because his house is not very respected). 3. Fry the mince in the pan. 4. Cook potatoes and smash it now (do mashed potatoes, but without butter and milk). The bottom of the pan grease with vegetable oil and lay out the first layer - potatoes.
Grease the potatoes with sour cream.
On top of the second layer pour our stuffing.
The third and final layer of potatoes. It is also lubricated sour cream. Put in oven for 30-40 minutes.

I advise you to wait for 20 minutes so that the pudding has cooled down a bit - so it won't fall apart on the plate. But we usually do not wait, because collapsed it is very tasty :)
