Diet soup-goulash with vegetables and Turkey
Very nourishing, easy and delicious soup! Prepare a must! You will not regret!!!)))

For goulash soup we will need vegetables, diced, Turkey meat, cut into cubes 2*2cm, Basil and beans (I had canned because it has more starch, we will need "tightening" of the soup so it was thick, but you can take dry beans, then it should be soaked overnight in cold water and pre-boil until soft).

Add the broth from the Turkey, chicken, vegetable (every good housewife in the freezer will always be in stock frozen broth)... because the soup we have Turkey and broth will add Turkey! Once we have the goulash soup, then add broth so that the soup turned out thick! Add the broth, salt, pepper to taste. Try... Umm... already yummy! Vegetables start to play, to give the flavor of the broth... allow to boil broth, and from this it will be enriched even more the taste of vegetables. Remove the formed foam from the broth, as it should be, do not worry, this protein comes from Turkey, so the meat is ready. Remains the final touch – add the Basil. Tear the Basil with your hands, in no case do not cut with a knife. All! Added the Basil, cover, and immediately turned off the gas. Give the soup to stand and breathe for five minutes.
