Fish salad
Very delicate taste and will not take much time to prepare. Some believe that it is similar to a Mimosa, but I think that is a very different dish.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

Cooking

Mash the fish with a fork or blender to a pulp.

Finely chop onions and mix with fish paste. This will be the first layer of our salad.

Egg whites finely chop and put a layer of fish, with small amount of mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese and butter, lay the next layer. And again, with small amount of mayonnaise.

The last layer salad consists of chopped egg yolks and chopped green onions rings.
