  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Spinach

Roll fillet jelly roll and tie with thread. Send in the oven, preheated to 200-250 degrees for 20 minutes. Then turn off and do not open until cool. The secret is that the meat does not become dry. This method of roasting gives this effect.
