Cooking
For rice candy with cream cheese, I used long grain parboiled rice company "Mistral"
Milk to boil, add rice and vanilla and cook until tender.
Cooked rice, curd, honey mix well and put to chill for 1 hour.
To form balls, about the size of a walnut.
Option 1. Cocoa powder mixed with icing sugar and roll the balls.
Option 2. Chop the nuts and roll the balls.
Option 3. Roll the balls in coconut flakes.
