Apple-tangerine sour cream pie filling

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

1 egg whisk with 1 tbsp sugar and soft butter ( room temperature). Add vanilla, baking powder and flour. Knead elastic, soft dough.

Tangerine peel, remove white membrane, and to divide the tangerine into slices. Apples do not peel, but only on serdtsevini and tails. Cut into thin slices. To make the filling: whisk or with a mixer 4 tbsp sugar, sour cream, 1 egg and starch.

Roll the dough according to the size of the form ( I have 24 cm) and make bumpers. Lay out alternating slices of apples and tangerines. Randomly put slices of candied fruit. From top to pour the fill in and send the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Pie cool completely to smetana fill "grabbed", though we like even more the warm cake with a delicate layer.
