Ingredients

  • Trout

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Trout rubbed with spices, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Fish cut into pieces, put in a greased form, pour the pineapple syrup and add pineapple slices.

Bake in the oven at 180 C until cooked (15-20 minutes, watch your oven).
