Pancake casserole with vegetables
Culinary masterpiece for the vegetarian menu.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The carrots in fine julienne.

Fry it in vegetable oil.

Finely chop onions, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Finely chop the mushrooms, put into a frying pan to the onions, saute for 10-15 min. Mix all the ingredients: carrots, mushrooms with onion, squeeze the garlic, chop the parsley, pepper and salt.

Flour, milk, 150 ml water, salt and 2 eggs knead the dough.

Bake a few pancakes on a well heated pan.

Separately grate the cheese.

Grind walnuts into a fine crumb

To make the sauce: whip the cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
