Cooking
The ingredients for the filling.
The carrots in fine julienne.
Finely chop onions, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Finely chop the mushrooms, put into a frying pan to the onions, saute for 10-15 min. Mix all the ingredients: carrots, mushrooms with onion, squeeze the garlic, chop the parsley, pepper and salt.
Flour, milk, 150 ml water, salt and 2 eggs knead the dough.
Bake a few pancakes on a well heated pan.
Separately grate the cheese.
Grind walnuts into a fine crumb
To make the sauce: whip the cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper.
On each pancake to put vegetable stuffing, cheese and walnuts.
Roll tubes and lay down the "seams" in a greased rectangular shape.
Pour the egg mixture and 35 min. to put in heated to 200 degrees oven.
