Fish cakes with a savory breading
Here are so many recipes of fish cutlets. I want to share an interesting discovery. And it is in the way that the breading of the cutlets.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Milk

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    4 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Fillet and onion grind in a blender or skip through Mincer. Add the egg, seasoning and mix well. The seasoning already has salt!

Baton pour the milk, break into pieces and 5 minutes to wait. Then baton mince and add to stuffing. Mix well, try for salt and pepper, if not enough, then add. The meat must be salted!!!, as for the breading I added the seasoning with salt.
