Sorbet of avocado
Bright taste of this sorbet has a softer consistency than others, due to the wonder fruit is avocado :)

Ingredients

  • Lime

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Zest 1st lime mix with sugar, this fragrant lot to put in the blender.

Squeeze the juice of 1/2 orange, 1/2 lemon and two limes, pour this is no less fragrant liquid into the blender.

Just poured into a tightly sealable container, and put in the freezer. Note: in the process of freezing for uniformity is required every 15 minutes to go and stir the mass with a fork. Depending on the freezer, the process can take 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
