Napoleon with potato and mushroom stuffing
Well, a very delicious hot dish. Guests will be delighted.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Salt

Mushrooms cut into small pieces. Onion peel and chop. Heat the pan vegetable oil, fry the onions. Add the mushrooms and cook until the liquid is evaporated.

Boil potatoes. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. In warm milk add spices to the potatoes. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and thoroughly crushed. Potatoes mixed with mushrooms and add the chopped green onions.

The puff pastry roll into 4 layers. Preheat the oven to 200 C. place the Baking sheet sprinkled with water. Lay out the puff pastry and bake until Golden brown. On a baking sheet place the puff crust, top with stuffing, sprinkle with cheese. Then again, the cake. And so repeat 2 more times. Cover the last layer. A little grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle cheese on top layer of cake. Return to the oven for 10 minutes, until Browning.
