Cheesecake-casserole
Of course with a carrot!!! Gentle in the extreme!!! The dough has a supporting role for the most delicate stuffing of cheese, carrots, orange zest... a Sort of great big cheesecake!!! My version is slightly sweet, the birds sweet tooth add more sugar!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    15 ml

  • Yeast

  • Cheese

    450 g

  • Carrots

    350 g

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • The sugar syrup

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp
