Tomato pie with onions
Yeast dough with the tomato juice. Honestly, even just bread sticks from this dough obscenely delicious... as for the pies - just a song!!! Of course as meatless meals - a pie with pickled onions. Ingredients for the dough indicated is based on 2 cake!!!

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Saffron

  • Yeast

  • Soy sauce

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    15 ml

If You decide to make a pie stuffed with marinated onions, we first marinate the onion. Chop the onion half rings, add spices and oil and a little mash. I have onions marinated a day in the fridge. If the pre-chopped onion scalded with boiling water, you can use the readiness test.
