Tender, flavorful and very easy cookies. Depending on toppings, can be represented as on weekdays, the tea party and holiday table.
Cooking
Knead the dough with softened butter, shredded cheese and flour (the dough can take more flour than 200 g of flour, try not to overdo it, so the cookies remained soft). Roll out the dough thickness of about 0.5 cm on a floured flat surface. Cut out circles (squares, hearts, diamonds...), put one circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment, smear a cookie jam, put the second cookie, just press. With the rest do the same.
