Cooking
Flounder clean, trim the fins, on the skin to make the cuts. Season with salt and set aside for 20 minutes. At this time, wash and peel onions, and tomatoes. Then rinse the fish, dry and roll in flour.
In vegetable oil fry a little onion into large chunks, place flounder split down, to fry a couple of minutes. Then gently flip. To impose with the sides sliced large chunks of tomatoes ( skin down) and onions.
Drizzle the fish with soy sauce. Great soy sauce for sushi and sashimi from TM Kikkoman. Tomatoes turn over.
Cover with a lid and stew for 10 - 12 minutes.
