Pumpkin mousse
If you like simple and unusual dessert, this mousse is for you! Go!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Semolina

    30 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

Pumpkin cleaned, cut into pieces, pour 150 ml of water, boil until soft. Cooked pumpkin to cool and blend.

250 ml of cold water add sugar and semolina. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready porridge to cool.

In porridge add the pumpkin puree, lemon juice, zest and cinnamon. Beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes. Ready mousse lay in a La carte dishes, before serving, chill for 2 hours.
