Cooking
Our original products - the hearts I have already washed and cut (be sure to thoroughly drain the liquid). General proportions of ingredients in this recipe are taken arbitrary, then as you wish, I write to those used in itself.
Onions cut into large cubes, granulate is not necessary. All products must be prepared, the dish is prepared very quickly! (cooking time depends very much on your plate)
Take a deep pan or cauldron, pour oil, and it is well heated, until a slight haze ( it took me 4 minutes) and immediately add red pepper flakes. If the oil hissed and turned orange color, it is done correctly.
And then throw in the pan the onion, pretty much ( I weight the bow was even more than hearts). Heating maximum, onions stir without stopping
And after 2-3 minutes ( it took me 5, bow at the end of cooking should be slightly crunchy), add the our hearts, continue to cook on maximum heat, stirring constantly, until they are tender of hearts, 10-15 minutes ( mine took a little more time)
The last step is to add soy sauce and spices (by the way, the spices may be different, depending on your taste and preference).
For a side dish you can serve rice, but they are good and true. Yourself on the side I cooked marinated zucchini spaghetti (just rubbed the zucchini on a grater for Korean carrot and pickled in soy sauce+oil rust+honey+Apple cider vinegar). Bon appetit!
