I've been looking for the recipe for roasting beef in the oven that she turned out tender, juicy, tasty and melt in your mouth. And quite unexpectedly I came across this very simple recipe. The result exceeded all my expectations. The meat is super tasty and just that the tastes of all family members. I suggest to you to try!

Cooking
A piece of veal, wash, wipe dry with a paper towel, make slits and insert pieces of butter.
For the marinade, mix soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
I used soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Put in a baking dish with foil cooked piece of veal and pour the marinade. Hands RUB to the entire piece soaked with marinade.
Close foil on top and put in preheated to 200 C ( 400F ) oven for 60 minutes.
Then open the foil, insert a thermometer and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Ready meat should be 65 C ( 150F) inside and with a nice crust on top.
The meat is cut and served to the table!
