Apples need to prepare in advance. For this apples and cut in thin slices, the apples can be cleaned. Pour the apples with sugar, cover the container lid and allow to stand for 1-2 hours.
Milk to mix with the baking powder. Add eggs and beat. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
Pour the batter to the apples and mix well.
Put the apples in the form greased with butter. My form with a diameter of 20 cm, but can take the form of more up to 24 cm, so the cake is better baked. Bake pie in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 160 gr and bake another 45 minutes. The oven to switch off to open slightly and let stand pie 10 minutes.
