I love this period when there is a different tasty and healthy greens. The body, which is depleted over the cold winter, requires vitamins and in addition vitamin of green has almost nothing to want. The ingredients required for the preparation of pancakes "Green vitamins". All the greens to sort, wash thoroughly and drain off the water. I use young Chinese burn and leaves of the young dandelion. The garlic and lovage use the leaves.
