Cake
From the previous pie dough left and I remembered that I saw a simple molding of cake, I want to share with you! Very tasty, flavored with cocoa... the taste of childhood and the same pleasant memories and sensations when tasting pie! Why the "Blues"?... and I'm so inspired memories!..)) Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    350 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Punch down the dough

Divided into 4 parts

Each roll out and cut from it a circle

Mix cocoa with powdered sugar

Transfer the circle of dough on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper) and sprinkle a mixture of cocoa and powdered

When all 4 circles put together, make the cuts as shown in photo

Then make cuts between the small incisions, as shown in the pictures

And now between every cut press the dough into fashion wand, you pencil-for making long grooves

Grease with egg yolk, bake for 15 minutes (180)... that's all! Quick and easy cake is ready! Ate!
