It is very easy to prepare and the composition of the dish actually turned out very tasty and appetizing with a delicious crust of cheese on top, with an aromatic filling of mushrooms! Cooking
First, prepare the filling. To do this, clean the mushrooms and chop them. Parsley chop. In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil (1 tbsp), put a clove of garlic and parsley.
Add to the pan mushrooms. Fry until cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Ready the mushrooms and set aside.
For cooking you will use the Arborio Rice of TM "Mistral".
We will prepare the rice as in the preparation of ordinary risotto - on the same principle... finely chop the Onion. In a frying pan with a thick bottom heat the remaining olive oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add to the pan the chopped onion and saute until transparent. Not roast! Add the rice, stir and a few minutes to give the rice to soak up the onion flavor.
Add the white wine and let it evaporate. Then, gradually adding hot broth to cook the risotto until tender, approximately 15-17 minutes.
2 minutes before end of cooking the risotto add the butter and 50 g grated cheese (such as Parmesan).
The oven to include at 200 C. a Rectangular shape (30х23 cm) with low sides to lay a sheet of baking paper, previously soaked in water and properly pressed. The rice is divided visually into two parts. Spread the bottom of a thin layer of the first part of Fig. Flatten with a spoon.
