Puff pastry grape tart
Very juicy, tender and delicious cake with grapes and caramel notes. Stunningly fragrant and fast shadowsize. Easy to cook with available ingredients. A sweet gift sent Olesya ( asesia2007).

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Grapes

    500 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt butter. In calasca mix washed and watery to dry the grapes, starch and sugar.

Add restofline oil and quickly but gently stir in the grapes

The dough is pre-defrosted. Both seam to roll slightly more in diameter than the form ( I have 24 cm). Form grease with oil and lay the first layer of dough. Put the grape filling 2/3 parts

The second layer to cover the filling and take the edge. Put the remains of grape toppings. Send a cake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 gr.
