Cooking
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a medium grater. Put in a salad bowl.
Walnuts grind. Add to the carrots.
Dressing: garlic skip through the press, add lemon juice, sunflower oil, salt and mix well. Pour on the carrots, and stir. Put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. This step can be skipped.
