A great dish for dinner or second lunch. Vegetables give the rice a wonderful taste and aroma, this rice will be an excellent addition to baked fish. This dish is very simple and tasty.

Cooking
The fish is cleaned of scales and entrails, remove the gills and rinse well. Dry with a paper towel to make cuts. In a bowl mix together the oil, spices and salt.
Fish grease on all sides by the marinade and allow to rest for about 30 minutes.
Peppers and celery cut into cubes, tomatoes slices.
Boil the rice until almost cooked. Drain in a colander and rinse.
In cooked rice put vegetables, chopped parsley and season with salt, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Baking tray lay baking paper, lay the prepared fish and rice with vegetables, cover with another layer of baking paper and bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 C, for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm, sprinkled with parsley! Bon appetit!
